Day 1: Keep Awake
“See the Lord from afar… His splendor fills the earth.”
It’s hard to look beyond the next three days. It’s the last 3 days before the last day of classes and the Launch for 3 weeks of Finals. I am also thinking about Fieldwork and how much I just want to start designing it. And let’s not forget… As much as school beckons, many other things are Calling for time and attention.
More than ever that the Lord is Calling me to draw closer to Him. To focus solely on Him. There are many times I just want to crawl up in my bed and Sleep. My prayer is simply to Keep Awake, in all things, for the next 3 days. To be Ready to receive Christ, in 4 weeks.
Keep us, Lord, so awake in our Calling, that we may Sleep in Your Peace and wake in Your Glory. Amen.
